Coaching:

(Currently done online). Are you comfortable in the gym, and creating a program, but lack the drive or motivation to get going? Are you new to fitness, but lack a true purpose and direction? Or do you feel like you're in a rut, and not really sure what you want, or how to achieve it? If you answered yes to any of the above then my 1 on 1 weekly coaching sessions my be the missing piece to get you going and motivated, to start living your best life!

Fitness Assessments:

These assessments are used to get a clear understanding what your ROM (Range Of Motion), core strength, balance, posture, and flexabilty are like. We will also go over your medical history, injuries, as well as what your fitness goals are


Personal Training:

Your Personal Trainer will be with you to motivate, and ensure you are going through each exercise in a safe and effective manner. Each program is designed to your fitness goals. Small group training is also available for those who want to train with a partner (group max 3).


Online Personal Training:

Like in Person training your trainer will be with you every step to ensure you are doing your exercises safe and effectivley.


Online Fitness Classes:

Body Blast- Think Bootcamp...for your entire body! This 60 minute class follows a HIIT format (High Intensity Interval Training), and while equipment isn't mandatory, it can be incorporated for those that have some (free weights, exercise bands).

Recover- This 40 minute class focuses on....recovery. We will start with a 5-10 minute warmup, then go througha variety of stretches, as well as using a foam roller, and a ball to roll out, and release various tight areas.
